I’m Fred Simon, and I’m honored to run for re-election to the Oro Loma Sanitary District Board, District 3, in November 2026.
With 30 years of professional experience as a water civil engineer, more than 25 years of experience as a water resources advisor for our community, eight years serving as an Oro Loma Sanitary District Director, and six years serving as a City of San Leandro Councilmember, my commitment has always been to promote the highest level of accountability while protecting our clean water resources.
I understand how to save money while ensuring we get the best value from our projects. With my engineering background and commitment to serving our community, I embrace innovation to conserve water resources, save money, and protect the environment for future generations.
